Three stars is a respectable rating for a buffet life this from a vegetarian.  I went on a busy Friday night.  The food was largely seafood, chicken and meat.  That said, I had about four servings of deliciously prepared green beans, nice and crisp.  And 8 pieces of avo sushi.  The wasabi is def done in a blender, but spicy.  Hot and sour soup tangy and mildly spicy.  Staff attentive to refilling the buffet.  Families loud, children unruly.

Peanut brittle yummy.  Expect nut and meat/seafood cross contamination.

Decent food: Some great: duck, steamed fish, soups, sushi. Some bad: most meats (bbq ribs/beef) tasted old and hard.

Decent service: Some servers were nice - smiling and interacting. Some were not - mostly manager/management.

Decent cleanliness: Clean dining area; dirty/old looking restrooms.

Overview: This is my favorite Chinese buffet in the capital region. For one, it's the biggest with the most options, for two the majority of the food is really good. As far as American-Chinese food goes this is really good!! The booths are really big, they can fit 3 people per side simply.

Food: I try not to eat fried food which is simple at this buffet. I like all different kinds of salads, they have a big salad station with ice-berg lettuce and a bunch of different dressings, along with seaweed salad and a really good pasta salad. Their peel-and-eat-shrimp is awesome! All-you-can-eat shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemons nearby. The only thing I can say about the cocktail sauce is it's a bit heavy on the horseradish. I love the shrimp either way, normally you can order a shrimp cocktail with 5 shrimp for $15 or more, but here you can eat so many for $9 for lunch! There are favorites like chicken and mushrooms, and chicken and broccoli.

Drink: no alcohol, there are soft drinks and the Chinese tea which is really good, I would for sure recommend it!

Favorites: shrimp, seaweed salad, pasta salad, jell-o!!!!!!

pretty weak, even for a buffet.....
1:30pm, food wasn't being refilled, it definitely wasn't hot, and it was poor on all counts.
if you're into the hibachi thing that might be the only way to go here

This is a great buffet place with good food at a  decent price. I recommend to all to give a try.
